Lee & Associates Helps driversselect an EchoPark Company More Than Double Their Space

Dallas, TX — April 9, 2018 —Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth, one of the largest privately owned national real estate firms, has completed a new sale transaction on behalf of driversselect an EchoPark Automotive Company.  The sale includes a  72,500 SF facility  situated on 20 acres, located at 2615 I-20.

Nathan Denton of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the buyer, driversselect an EchoPark Company, and the seller, AAGP, LLC, was represented by Chris Gibbons, Paul Ferraro, Charlie Bernet, and Melisa Holland of JLL.  Denton commented, “It took us over 2 years to identify the perfect location, and once we identified 2615 I-20 we were able to close a deal in short order”.

The new location and expansion will allow driversselect an EchoPark Company to provide guests a large selection of nearly new vehicles in a comfortable environment.  It will also provide a great working environment for the employees.  “For the last two years, the Dallas Business Journal has named driversselect as one of its “Best Places to Work”.  That’s just the type of employer Grand Prairie loves to see invest in our community,” said Marty Wieder, Director of Economic Development City of Grand Prairie.
