  1. Stephen Williamson of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represent the tenant, Contego Solutions, in a 3,536 SF new office lease on 3902 Elm St.  The landlord, Sunshine 42, LP, was represented by Jayson Montoya of NAI Robert Lynn.

 

  1. Adam Graham and Ken Wesson of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represent the landlord, EastGroup, in a 21,731 SF industrial lease renewal on 1624 W. Crosby Rd., Suite 128,

    319 N. Country Club Road

    Carrollton, TX 75006. The tenant, Infosend, was represented by Tyson Erwin NAI Robert Lynn.

Taylor Stell, Brett Lewis, and George Tanghongs of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represent the seller, Stivers Living Trust, in a 4.32 acres new land sale transaction on 418 Industrial Blvd., McKinney, TX 75069.  The buyer, First American Exchange Company, was represented by Mark Graybill and Colton Rhodes also of Lee & Associates DFW.

 

  1. Taylor Stell, Brett Lewis, and George Tanghongs of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represent the landlord, Elegant Cabinets, LLC, in a 12,420 SF new industrial sale on 319 N. Country Club Rd., Garland, TX 75040.  The tenant, RCG, LLC, was represented by Chas Lester of Lestor Advisors.
