  1. Brett Lewis and George Tanghongs of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the landlord, GreenTech One, LP, in a 5,198 SF industrial lease at 716 S Greenville Ave, Allen, TX 75013. The tenant, Goodwyn Jones Enterprises, Inc., was represented by Matt Thompson and Phil Rosenfeld also with Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth.

 

  1. Brett Lewis and George Tanghongs of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the landlord, Orion Commercial Holdings, LLC, in a 7,120 SF new flex lease at 3305 Matrix Dr, Richardson, TX 75080.  The tenant, Active-Semi, LLC, was represented by CBRE.

 

  1. Adam Graham and Ken Wesson of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the landlord, EastGroup Properties, in a 27,901 SF lease renewal at 10705 King William Drive Dallas, TX 75220.  The tenant, Roadtex Transportation Corporation, was represented by Ryan Boozer of Stream Realty.
