Brett Owens of Transwestern represented the landlord, Colony NorthStar.
The 163,748 square foot building, located on 8.66 acres, will serve as Builders First Source’s showroom and distribution center for window and door products. Builders First Source is a national supplier of structural building materials and services to homebuilders.
