  1. Nathan Denton of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the tenant, Alliance Glazing, in a 136,825 SF lease at 2901 W. Kingsley Rd. in Garland, TX.  The landlord, STAG, was represented by Chris Stout and Randy Touchstone of Jones Lang LaSalle. Alliance will relocate from their Las Colinas location to this location on November 1, 2018.

 

  1. Taylor Stell, Nathan Denton, Brett Lewis and George Tanghongs of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth brokered a 2 acre land sale at 2820 Industrial Ln., Garland, TX 75041. CDR Machine & Fabricating, Inc. was the Seller and Trinity Powder Coatings was the Purchaser.

 

  1. Adam Graham and Stephen Williamson of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the buyer or, Lang Interests, LLC, in a 8,892 SF a sale at 4430 Alpha Rd, Farmers Branch, TX 75244.  The seller, MOCO Investments, LLC, was represented by Pat Haggerty of Pat Haggerty Company.
  2. George Tanghongs and Brett Lewis of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the seller in a 20,200 SF building sale at 410 S Central Expressway in Allen, TX.  The buyer, Pathways Anesthesia Institute.
