  1. Tom Walrich and Mike Ebbitt of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the Tenant, Teltech Communications, LLC, in a 8,398 SF lease with Hall Office Portfolio DB, LLC, who was represented by Brad Gibson at 3211 Internet Boulevard, Frisco, TX 75034.

 

  1. Nathan Denton of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the tenant, Lawyers Title Company, in a 8,368 SF lease renewal at 4131 N Central Expressway in Dallas, TX.  The landlord was Westdale.
