Lee & Associates DFW Helps Local Company Expand

Dallas, TX — 2/21/19 —Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth, one of the largest privately owned national real estate firms, has completed a lease transaction for a 55,232 square foot industrial space located at 2080 McDaniel Dr., Carrollton, TX.  BuzzBallz is expanding into this new building and also keeping their original facility just across the street.

Nathan Denton of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the tenant, Buzzballz. The landlord, Prologis, was represented by Gil Stroube and Michael Peinado of Lincoln Property Company.

BuzzBallz/Southern Champion is the only woman-owned distillery/winery in the United States. Founded in 2009, BuzzBallz/Southern Champion, based in Carrollton, TX, makes ready-to-drink cocktails called BuzzBallz, as well as spirits like rum, vodka, gin and bourbon, which are sold in 46 states and 7 countries in convenience stores, liquor stores, casinos, arenas and airlines.
