1. Adam Graham of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the tenant, Don Smith & Associates, in a 46,104 SF lease at 14275  Welch Road in Dallas, TX.  The landlord, Finlayson Logistic Assets, LLC, was represented by Barry Stokes of Exeter Property Group.
2. Mark Graybill & Colton Rhodes of DFW Lee & Associates represented the landlord, GLP, in a 5,000 SF lease at 1205 W N Carrier Parkway. The tenant, TDP Transport Houston, LLC was represented by Brad Balke of Colliers International.
3. Ken Wesson and Adam Graham of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the Landlord, EastGroup Properties, in a 32,000 SF lease for  St. Charles Trading, Inc., represented by Rich Young, Jr. of Rich Young Company, LLC at 1536 Hutton Drive, Suite 130,  Carrollton, TX.
4. Stephen Williamson and Adam Graham of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the landlord, Prologis, in a 9,833 SF lease at 1214 Dolton Drive, Suite 202 in Dallas ,TX.  The tenant, Fetch Package, Inc., was represented by Matt Troutt of Altschuler & Company.
5. Corbin Blount and Nathan Denton of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the  landlord, Marci & Nick Rosato, in a 9,600 SF lease at 1705 S Peachtree Rd in Balch Springs, TX.  The tenant, Levi Express, LLC, was represented by Tucker Cason of Mercer Companies.
