- Brett Lewis and George Tanghongs of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the Landlord, GreenTech One, LP, in a 7,873 SF lease at 714 S. Greenville Avenue, Allen, TX. The Tenant, Virtual Surveillance, LLC, was represented by Jason Dodson & KC Tenukas of Cushman & Wakefield.
- Brett Lewis and George Tanghongs of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the Landlord, GreenTech One, LP, in a 6,839 SF lease at 714-718 S. Greenville, Allen, TX. The Tenant, Braun Intertec Corporation, was represented by Daniel Shelley of Northern Realty Group.
- Brett Lewis and Taylor Stell of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the Seller, All Star General Insurance Agency, Inc., in the sale of a 13,200 SF office building at 3723 S. FM 551, Royse City, TX. The undisclosed Purchaser was represented by David English of Ridge Pointe Commercial Real Estate.
