Ole Mexican Foods Purchases New Warehouse Space at 4441 Logistics Drive
Lee & Associates Dallas Fort Worth, one of the largest privately-owned national real estate firms has completed a sale transaction for a 201,010 square foot warehouse/manufacturing building located at 4441 Logistics Drive in Dallas, Texas.
Alex Wilson, Nathan Denton, Corbin Blount, and Adam Graham of Lee & Associates DFW represented the Buyer, Ole Mexican Foods, in their purchase of the Class A industrial space. Ole Mexican Foods is a true family company beginning in 1988 making authentic tortillas in Atlanta, Georgia. Almost 35 years later, Ole Mexican Foods now operates a number of manufacturing and distribution facilities across the country, three of which are located in the DFW Metroplex.
Ole Mexican Foods relied on their real estate partner Lee & Associates in Dallas Fort Worth when they began their search for space to purchase in the DFW metroplex.
