Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth Hires New Associate – Alexander Wilson

Dallas, TX — June 30, 2020 —Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth, one of the largest privately-owned national real estate firms, has just announced a new associate hire, Alexander Wilson.

Wilson joins Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth with a specialization on tenant representation, project leasing, building sales and investment properties in the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport Submarket. Wilson started his real estate career with an intership at The Woodmont Company in Fort Worth – focusing on retail and office space leasing in the DFW metro-area. Following, an internship at JLL expanded his practice on industrial real estate – it was there that he was able to understand the first-hand importance of industrial properties for businesses engaging in distribution, manufacturing, and warehousing.

Holding a degree in Political Science and a minor in Business from Texas Christian University, Wilson’s goal is to assist small businesses, as well as corporations with his industrial real estate market knowlege. Additionally, having grown up in Guatemala, Wilson is a native Spanish speaker. His experiences, paired with his bilingual language skills and cultural background, allow him to comfortably facilitate the thousands of Hispanic businesses and business owners with their industrial real estate needs throughout DFW. Wilson believes that the global rise of e-commerce, coupled with expansive business and population growth in North Texas will continue to fuel the demand for industrial real estate in the DFW metroplex.
