Dallas, TX — Week of 9/25/2017 — DFW Lee & Associates, one of the largest privately owned national real estate firms, has completed the following new commercial real estate transactions.

Nathan Denton and Stephen Williamson of Lee & Associates negotiated a new lease transaction for a 16,033 square foot industrial building located at 3250 W. Story Dr. Irving, TX 75038.  Denton and Williamson represented the tenant, Store Relcant HVAC. The Landlord was represented by Steve Trese and Wilson Brown of CBRE.

Taylor Stell of Lee & Associates negotiated a new sale transaction for a 1.33 acres of land near 8808 Forney Rd., Dallas, TX 75227.  Stell represented the seller, Master Video Systems, LLC.
