Dallas, TX — 2/13/18 —Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth, one of the largest privately owned national real estate firms, has completed a new sublease transaction for a 17,340 square foot industrial space located at 151 Regal Row, Dallas, TX 75247. This is Centurion Service Group’s first location in Texas and their fourth location nationwide.

Nathan Denton of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the tenant, Centurion Service Group, and the sub-landlord, Michael D. King, was represented by Tim Vogds of CBRE.
