Biography
Brett joined the Lee & Associates team in 2009 and earned his way to becoming a principal at the Dallas office in only 6 years. He specializes in industrial / office brokerage. Mr. Lewis represents owners, users and tenants of industrial and office properties. Brett has represented national, regional and locally based companies in securing over 15,000,000 square feet of industrial and office properties in his career. Brett systematically and relentlessly tracks the market to ensure his clients get the best deal possible. Mr. Lewis’ work ethic and market knowledge have allowed him to build long term business relationships on all levels. Brett started his career in commercial real estate in 2008. Since then he has continued to build his client base and establish himself as one of the top up and coming brokers in Dallas.
