As a Principal of the Lee & Associates DFW office, Tom Walrich has over 23 years real estate experience, specializing in tenant representation, and corporate services. Tom represents users and tenants of distribution and manufacturing properties throughout Dallas/Fort Worth, as well as throughout the United States.

During his 23 year career, Tom has completed over 500 transactions, and has consistently been recognized as a Dallas Business Journal Heavy Hitter, and one of Dallas Fort Worth’s top brokers. Tom has become an expert in assisting manufacturing and distribution companies in assessing their most feasible options, in connection with lease renewals, facility expansions, consolidation and relocations, and provides expert guidance through the entire process. His clients consistently benefit from his accurate knowledge of current activity within 32+ industrial markets across the United States. Tom currently manages over 6 million square feet of corporate real estate for his national clients.
