Biography
Stephen Williamson, a Principal with DFW Lee & Associates, focuses on representing clients with their warehousing and distribution needs on a local and national basis. Stephen specializes in tenant representation, institutional project leasing, and investment sales.
For many cases, Stephen works with his clients to help implement transaction management strategies and processes to help align their portfolio of properties while maximizing occupancy cost savings. Drawing on his educational background with a Graduate Degree in Commercial Real Estate, Stephen is able to creative a competitive advantage for his clients in terms of lease negotiations and financial analysis.
