Lee & Associates Helps MJM Sourcing Expand

Dallas, TX — 3/8/18 —Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth, one of the largest privately owned national real estate firms, has completed a New Sale transaction for a 21,589 square foot industrial space located at 1050 Metro Media Place in Dallas, TX.

Nathan Denton of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the Seller, ARA Metals, LLC, and the Buyer, 7Universal Export, LLC (also known as MJM Sourcing), was represented by Daniel Shin of The Michael Group.

MJM Sourcing was founded in 2011 and they specialize in the manufacturing of apparel and accessories.  MJM Sourcing will be expanding into this new location.
