Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth Purchases Building for Expansion

Addison, TX — July 12, 2018 —Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth, one of the largest privately owned national real estate firms, has completed a sale transaction for a 12,478 office square foot located at 14950 Quorum Dr., Dallas, TX.  “We are thrilled this purchase came to fruition.  We had been speaking with the prior owner for a couple years,” said Trey Fricke and Nathan Denton of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth.

 

The building consists of 12,478 SF of office space on 1.9 acres and is expandable for future growth.  It was a former bank with a large covered drive-thru that can be converted to additional office space. The 1.9 acre property is in a shared development with a high rise office building and a recently renovated Marriott Hotel.  Additionally, many restaurants and other retail outlets are in walking distance.  A complete renovation will commence this week with estimated completion in November.
