1. Phil Rosenfeld and Matt Thompson of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the Landlord, Regal Business Center, LLC, in a 3,750 SF lease to Discount Kitchen & Bath at 4639

2. Ken Wesson and Adam Graham of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the landlord, EastGroup Properties, in a 15,055 SF lease at 10514 King William Drive, Dallas, TX.  The tenant, Can-Do-Services, was represented by Greg Nelson of Paladin Partners.
3. Reid Bassinger and Trey Fricke of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the tenant, Westin Automotive, in a 128,400 SF lease on 4675 Railhead Road in Fort Worth, TX.  The landlord, James Campbell Company, was represented by Bob Scully, J Scott Moore and Brice Wells  of CBRE.
