- George Tanghongs and Brett Lewis of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the Landlord, Mr. Zhu, in the 10,500 SF Lease at 2840 Guilder Drive, Plano, TX 75074. The Tenant, Hobart AVL & Event Rentals dba Time Matters Entertainment, was represented by Tyler Tillery of NAI Robert Lynn
