Dallas, TX — Week of 10/8/18 — Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth, one of the largest privately owned national real estate firms, has completed the following new commercial real estate transactions.

 

1. Tom Walrich and Mike Ebbitt of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the Tenant, Tillman Infrastructure, LLC in a lease at 1955 Lakeway Drive, Suite 265, Lewisville, TX 75057. Tillman Infrastructure (“TI”) is a rapidly growing cellular tower and telecom infrastructure company, which owns and builds assets across the United States. As evidenced by its recent breakthrough joint tower development agreement with AT&T and Verizon, Tillman provides both the financial capability and operational expertise to rapidly build and manage many thousands of sites nationwide. Tillman Infrastructure is a subsidiary of Tillman Global Holdings (“TGH”).  The landlord was represented by Austin Busse of Paladin Partners.

 

2. Stephen Williamson of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the landlord, Mojo Realty, LLC, in a 8,400 SF lease at 8303 Sovereign Row in Dallas, TX.  The tenant is Quality Screen Company.
