- Mark Graybill & Colton Rhodes, of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth facilitated the 56,960 SF building sale at 616 111th St, Arlington, TX 76011. Stonelake Capital Holdings, was the purchaser.
- Mark Graybill, Ken Wesson & Colton Rhodes of DFW Lee & Associates represented the Landlord, GLP in a long-term 63,000 SF lease at 5375 FAA Blvd, Irving, TX. The Tenant, Polymer Logistics, was represented by Mike McElwee with Avison Young.
