  1. Taylor Stell, George Tanghongs and Brett Lewis of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the Owner, Master Video Systems., in the sale of a 14,175 SF industrial building at 4334 Scottsdale, Dallas TX 75227. The Purchaser was the City of Dallas.
  2. Robert Miller of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the Tenant, GXI Outdoor Power in the 51,600 SF Lease at 7439 Pebble Drive, Fort Worth TX 76116. The Landlord, Riverbend Complex LLC, Todd Lambeth of Wingert Commercial Real Estate.
  3. Phil Rosenfeld and Matt Thompson of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the Landlord, Regal Business Center, LLC, in a 12,067 SF lease for Trans World Logitec, Inc., represented Reed Parker of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth, at 4647 Leston Street, Suite 601, Dallas, TX.
  4. Brett Lewis and George Tanghongs of DFW Lee & Associates represented the Landlord, Cabot Industrial, in a 8,673 SF lease at 1601 Summit Ave, Plano, TX. The Tenant was S&R Controls, LP.
  5. Mark Graybill & Colton Rhodes of DFW Lee & Associates represented the Purchaser, a private investor, in a 26,400 SF Office Building sale at 405 S Nolen Drive, Southlake, TX. The Landlord, Pony Investments, LLC, was represented by Castle Development.
  6. Taylor Stell, George Tanghongs and Brett Lewis of DFW Lee & Associates represented the Seller, Austin White Realty, Ltd., in a 4.81 acre Land sale at S State Hwy 78 in Wylie, TX. The purchaser was an individual.
