- Trey Fricke and Reid Bassinger of DFW Lee & Associates represented the Tenant, Budd Van Lines, in a 67,535 SF lease at 8065 Tristar Dr. in Irving, TX 75063. The Landlord, G&I IX Tristar, LLC, was represented by Blake Kendrick of Stream Realty.
- Trey Fricke and Reid Bassinger of DFW Lee & Associates represented the Tenant, Core-Mark International, Inc., in a 200,000 SF lease at 6440 Oak Grove Road in Fort Worth, TX. The Landlord, SCRS Fort Worth Industrial, LLC, was represented by Matthew Carthey and Thomas Grafton of Holt Lunsford.
- Nathan Denton and Stephen Williamson of DFW Lee & Associates represented the Landlord, Stonelake Capital Partners, in a 73,986 SF new lease transaction at 1207 W. Crosby in Carrollton, TX. The Tenant, Allied Stone, was represented by Keenan Cook of Mercer Company.
