- Adam Graham of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the Tenant, Streamline Show Services, Inc., in a 7,000 SF lease at 825 Avenue H, Suite 101 in Arlington, TX. The Landlord, First Industrial, was represented by Brian Gilchrist of CBRE.
- Taylor Stell, Brett Lewis and George Tanghongs of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the undisclosed Owner, in the property sale, 4349 Cedar Lake Dr., Dallas, TX 75227. The Purchaser, Mr. Towing, LLC, was represented by Sandra Martinez with Mora Bella Realtors in the transaction.
