• George Tanghongs and Brett Lewis of Lee & Associates Dallas Fort Worth represented the Landlord, Watanabe Plano, LLC, in a 66,467 SF lease at 1001 Klein Road, Plano, TX. The Tenant, Creation Technologies Texas, LLC, was represented by Tim Vogds of CBRE.
• Mark Graybill, Ken Wesson, and Colton Rhodes of Lee & Associates Dallas Fort Worth represented the Landlord, Cabot Properties, in a 28,260 SF lease at 4100 New York Avenue, Arlington, TX. The Tenant, Morsco Supply, was represented by Paula Osbourne of Newmark Knight Frank.
