Hillman joins Lee & Associates in late 2019 with a focus on tenant representation, institutional project leasing, and investment sales with an emphasis on the North Airport Submarket. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship with a minor in Corporate Communications from Baylor University – paired with extensive experience representing clients from a wide array of industries – Chris helps bring clarity when evaluating multiple options to deliver the best possible outcome. Some of his most notable, recent transactions include tenant representation on the following: a 529,000 SF property for Kuehne + Nagel, a 129,000 SF property for AmeriPac, and an 80,000 SF property for Nationwide Magazine and Book Distributors.
