Eunice Kwon has been involved in a broad spectrum of transactions with extensive business experience. Her experience spans from managing short-term land leases to overseeing multi-acre development projects. She has successfully handled a diverse range of properties, including small multi-tenant industrial condos, vast distribution warehouses exceeding 200,000 square feet, and small owner-user industrial buildings, as well as institutional-grade multi-tenant investment properties.
Ms. Kwon began her career in the highly competitive and fast-paced fashion industry in Los Angeles where she was able to work at all levels of the business and created much success for many companies. That experience helped her develop the strong interpersonal skills required for success, especially given the multicultural nature of the fashion industry. This diverse background helped prepare Ms. Kwon to transition into the commercial real estate industry successfully. - For the past 2 years, Eunice Kwon has been serving as a director at the Orange County Korean American Chamber of Commerce. She is also actively participating as a non-member in the Korean-Investor and Traders Association Southern California as well as she holds the position of Vice President in the ninth cohort of Hanyang University Global CEO program. Alongside esteemed leaders in the Korean community, she has been dedicating herself to the 2023 World Korean Business Convention as a division director in October at the Convention Center in Anaheim.
