Recognized as one of the top commercial brokers in Southern California, Jack’s reputation is deeply rooted in his character. Jack’s extensive real estate portfolio, exceeding 1,000,000 square feet in partnerships, reflects his diverse expertise. His career achievements include executing sales/leasebacks, representing landlords and tenants alike, contributing to land developments and build-to-suits, and navigating complex legal landscapes in redevelopment agency work and eminent domain actions. Jack’s role as a trusted advisor extends to foreclosure sales, short sales, bankruptcy sales, and partnership partitions, while his keen understanding of environmental, legal, and tax aspects ensures clients make informed decisions in intricate transactions. His versatility spans specialized sectors including textiles, food processing, transportation, and logistics, making him an invaluable asset to both clients and the real estate industry.

One of Jack’s notable achievements is the founding of the Lee & Associates® office in the City of Commerce in 1996. Over five years, he co-managed this office, transforming it from a startup into a market leader. His visionary leadership and strategic prowess were instrumental in this impressive growth. In 2021, Jack embarked on another significant endeavor by establishing the Lee & Associates® Downtown Los Angeles office, where he currently serves as President.

In addition to serving as the President of both Lee and Associates, Los Angeles, Inc. and Cline Holdings, Inc, Managing Member of Lee Enterprise, LLC and several other entities, Jack serves on the Board for several local non-profits. These include the AltaMed Foundation, the largest federally qualified healthcare organization in the country, The BFC, one of the top three SBA 504 lenders in the country along with currently serving as a Commissioner for the Business and Industry Commission for the City of Vernon, further highlighting his commitment to making a positive impact beyond his day-to-day work.

However, what truly sets Jack apart is his dedication to community enrichment. Alongside his wife Cambria, he founded Youth Champions in 2017, demonstrating his profound commitment to the development and positive impact on underserved students. This initiative goes beyond the boardroom, reflecting Jack’s passion for inspiring the potential of young individuals, helping them realize their dreams in education, life and future careers. His reputation extends far beyond real estate deals, serving as an inspiration to colleagues, clients, and the community at large.

Jack is the proud father of four children and two grandchildren setting the example for his family by his dedication to the local community, tireless work ethic, and passion for mentoring the next generation.
