Loren Kaplan joined Lee & Associates® three years ago and quickly established himself as a top young broker in the LA Central Market. He specializes in the representation of property owners, tenants, and buyers in the leasing and sale of industrial buildings. Geographically, he focuses most of his attention on all industrial buildings located in the Central Los Angeles, Vernon, and Commerce Submarkets.
Loren is a native of Orange County, and graduated from the University of California at Irvine where he was a member of their Division 1 Soccer team. His strong work ethic, combined with his local market knowledge has allowed him to successfully add value to his clients.
