Mattison Behr is a California native who grew up in La Canada, with a strong family background in real estate and construction.  Mattison started his career in the Hospitality Industry, opening a family owned winery in Paso Robles, several hotel restaurants, and event centers in Los Angeles and Orange County.  As a lifelong resident of Los Angeles, Mattison has a deep understanding of the LA Central Industrial Markets.

Joining Lee & Associates, Commerce in 2019, as an agent under one of the company’s top producing principals, Mattison’s passion for real estate and his commitment to his clients has resulted in very strong sales volumes and highly successful business relationships.  Mattison specializes in Buyer and Tenant representation, with a strong emphasis on Industrial Warehouses and Land.  Providing commercial real estate brokerage and advisory services to corporations and individuals, public and private investors, investment trusts, and banks, ensuring that his clients experience a smooth transaction.

In June of 2022, Mattison joined his Senior Partner, Tony Naples, and a highly qualified team of Lee & Associates Brokers in opening the new Lee & Associates office in Downtown Los Angeles.  With decades of combined real estate experience, Mattison is excited to part of the team and looks forward to many successful years and many satisfied clients.
