Melanie Guillen, started her real estate career in 2007, after graduating from the University of California Berkley, and a successful 5 year stint as a professional grant writer and fundraiser, for two leading non-profit organizations in LA.
As a native angeleno, she began her real estate career by flipping single and multi-family homes, and selling properties to first-time home buyers in Los Angeles. She went on to have an over 15 year career in residential real estate, demonstrating a strong sales record on all sides of the negotiation table. Adding to her repertoire, she began a successful property management and Airbnb business in 2018.

Up for a new challenge, she made the switch to commercial and industrial real estate in 2022, and joined one of the top commercial real estate brokerage teams in Los Angeles, Team Cline, lead by Jack and Doug Cline. She joined their new dynamic office, Lee & Associates Downtown Los Angeles, just as it opened its doors.

She is currently working directly with Evan Jurgensen, one of the top young brokers on Team Cline, as his runner, and brokering industrial and creative properties with a specialization in the Northeast Los Angeles Market. She handles a portfolio of over 40 clients, and seeks to make her mark in both tenant and owner representation, and as a leading female broker in commercial real estate.
