Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania Adds Two Associates
FORT WASHINGTON, Penn.—March 1, 2016–The Eastern Pennsylvania office of Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in North America, has added two associates to its broker roster.
Andrew Komisor, joins Lee & Associates Eastern Pennsylvania as a Senior Associate, along with Associate Patrick M. Lafferty II. Both will be based in the firm’s Suburban Philadelphia office.
Komisor will bring his years of experience in commercial real estate to bear not only in the Philadelphia region but also in the Lehigh Valley. He will perform all aspects of real estate brokerage services, serving in a market-facing role for his own clientele and as part of our broader team of brokers.
Komisor began his career in commercial real estate in 2007 with Gelcor Realty. Since that time he has successfully represented landlords and tenants ranging from high-tech manufacturing to publicly-traded REITs. His responsibilities at Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania will include all aspects of the real estate transaction; including site selection, lease negotiations, strategic planning, property disposition and lease renewals.

Lafferty II will take part in a mentorship program as he begins his commercial real estate career. Working under the guidance of Principal Brian Knowles, Lafferty will support the efforts of senior brokers while also developing his knowledge base of the industry and the Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania markets, with a particular emphasis on the I-95 corridor.
A graduate of Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Commerce & Engineering, he recently served as a manager for a transportation service operation before attending Temple University’s Real Estate Institute and becoming licensed. Previous real estate experience includes work as a Market Analyst for a national commercial real estate firm.
