LEE & ASSOCIATES OF EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA SUCCESSFULLY NEGOTIATES LEASE DEALS TOTALING OVER 183,155 SF
Fort Washington, PA, June 8, 2016 – Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania LLC is pleased to announce the recent successful negotiations of four industrial leases. Brian Knowles, CCIM, SIOR and Andrew D. Komisor represented the tenants in each transaction.
The details of all four transactions are as follows:
• Supply Technologies renewed its lease for 43,755 SF at 7520 Morris Court in Allentown, PA.
• CURT Manufacturing & EPC renewed for 34,000 SF & 30,000 SF respectively, also in the Lehigh Valley.
• KPG is subletting 75,400 SF at 200 Cascade Drive in Allentown, PA.
