Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, September 12, 2018 – Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania has appointed Bill Shrader as Vice President. Bill brings 20+ years of experience in site selection, evaluation and development to Lee & Associates and their client base.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Bill held Vice President positions at both Ahold USA and Giant Food Stores and has also served as Director of Real Estate for Giant. His extensive knowledge in Corporate Real Estate Strategies, Lease Negotiations and Project Permitting is well known to landlords, developers and co-tenants across the Mid-Atlantic Region.
