Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania co-brokered the lease of Building 100 in the Hamburg Logistics Park, a 128,100-square-foot industrial building in Hamburg, PA. Brian Knowles, SIOR, CCIM, of Lee & Associates, represented the tenant.
Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania represented Endurance Real Estate Group in the lease of the remaining 318,872-square-foot warehouse space at 485DC in Shiremanstown, PA. Joel Kreider, SIOR, Ed Skonecki and John Van Buskirk, SIOR, of Lee & Associates represented the landlord. NAI CIR represented the tenant. This transaction completes the full lease-up of the newly completed redevelopment project.
