TRANSACTION UPDATE
Lee & Associates agents, Brian Knowles, SIOR, CCIM and Eric Zahniser represented Executive Personal Computers, Inc. in the relocation of their remarketing, recycling and disposal facility. The IT asset handling company will occupy their new 85,600 square-foot space at 2980 Avenue B, in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania in the fall.
Brian Knowles, of Lee & Associates inks his third lease renewal at Riverside Business Center in Whitehall, Pennsylvania in the past thirty days. “Riverside Business Center continues to hold tenants due to its key location and fair market rents, says Knowles. We’re happy to continue great relationships with our tenants and look forward to the future with them.” Brian represented the landlord in the renewal of 27,800-square-feet.
