Industry Veteran David Grove Joins Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania as Managing Director
Mechanicsburg, Pa. – Lee & Associates, a national full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm, welcomed David Grove, SIOR, a 30-year commercial real estate industry veteran, as Managing Director.
In his role at Lee & Associates, Grove will oversee the operations of the firm’s Pennsylvania regional offices including a strong focus on recruitment and mentoring the existing brokerage team. His responsibilities include developing the company’s infrastructure in support of targeted growth plans, strengthening existing client relationships, and pursuit of new business opportunities.

Grove brings over 30 years of commercial real estate leadership experience in areas ranging from strategic advisory services, project management, lease administration, corporate outsourcing and occupancy planning services, to investments and portfolio management. Perhaps most noteworthy is his experience in executing large and complex transactions, having closed over $2 billion in lease, structured finance and purchase/sale deals in an array of products including office, industrial, retail, ground, institutional and specialty/niche real estate.
Grove previously served as Chief Operating Officer with NAI Mertz, a full-service commercial real estate firm serving southern New Jersey and greater Philadelphia. He also has held executive leadership positions with both JLL and Trammell Crow Company. He has managed Fortune 500 real estate portfolios, both in-house and as a service provider, for firms that include Unisys, Cigna, Glaxo Smith Kline, University of Pennsylvania, and ACE Insurance.
Grove holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Geography from Bucknell University. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Salesperson in New Jersey. He is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, (SIOR) and incoming President of its Philadelphia chapter. Additionally, he is a member of the Northeast PA Manufacturers & Employers Association, the International Chapter of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the Industrial & Office Real Estate Brokers Association (IOREBA).
