Pennsylvania—Lee & Associates, a national full-service commercial real estate firm has orchestrated the lease of approximately 350,000 square feet to complete the full lease-up of the property located at 101 Commerce Drive in Mechanicsburg, PA. Principals; Ed Skonecki, Joel Kreider, SIOR, and the team represented the property owner, an affiliate of New York Life Insurance Company, in the deal. The building was recently improved with new lighting, paint, and HVAC, an office refresh, and an addition of a 2nd circulation road to better accommodate a multi-tenant situation.
“The facility was built as a food-grade warehouse, so it is essentially a perfect fit for our new tenant,” said Skonecki. “This is a new location for their company and the Central PA infrastructure will facilitate them in servicing their northeast clients.
