Lehigh Valley, PA May 10, 2022 – Lee & Associates arranged two leases totaling more than 105,000 square feet at the newly renovated 100 Industrial Drive in Stockertown, PA. Building owner Katz & Sterling, invested in exterior and interior improvements that included new LED lighting, painted interior, and refreshed office space.

New tenants, Cheap Cheap Moving Boxes and J&A Transline LLC will benefit from the immediate access to Route 33 and its ease of access to the greater Lehigh Valley’s highway infrastructure and parcel hubs as well as proximity to the NY/NJ Ports.

“These two leases are significant in the Lehigh Valley submarket which has a 1.47% vacancy rate. The substantial investments that the building owner has made have increased the value of this asset and its appeal to both clients,” said Lee Fittipaldi, Principal at Lee & Associates.
