Lee & Associates Brokers Two Leases Totaling Nearly 60,000 Square Feet of Space at New Heights Industrial Park in Hagerstown, MD
Hospitality development company Tomu leases 15,000 square feet, and healthcare technology firm Pycube signs a lease for 43,750 square feet of space.
Hagerstown, MD (September 21, 2023) - Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania has brokered two new leases at New Heights Industrial Park, a 900,000 square foot commercial office and industrial park in Hagerstown, Maryland, for a combined 60,000 square feet of space. The development, located at 18450 Showalter Road, is owned and managed by a joint venture partnership between Bluestone Group and The Langer Co. Lee & Associates Principals Joel Kreider, SIOR, and Ed Skonecki represented the landlord in both lease transactions. With this leasing activity, the project is approximately 82% leased.
Tomu, Inc., a company engaged in the development of pre-fabricated modular building systems, leased 15,000 square feet of space. The company, which specializes in designing and constructing hotel guest rooms and rental properties, utilizes a proprietary modular building system that reflects its commitment to eco-friendly practices and innovation.
Pycube, headquartered in Sterling, Virginia, provides asset management and asset tracking for the healthcare industry signed a lease for 43,750 square feet of space. The company’s all-in-one asset management and tracking platform makes it easier for healthcare professionals to manage valuable assets.
Located adjacent to Hagerstown Regional Airport, New Heights Industrial Park was formerly utilized by Fairchild Aircraft Manufacturing to produce aircraft used in World War II. The development features ceiling heights up to 50 feet, dock-high doors, and free parking. It is situated adjacent to Interstates 70 and 81. The project is approximately 80 miles from Baltimore and Washington, D.C. and 170 miles from Philadelphia and Pittsburgh.
