TRANSACTION UPDATE
Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania represented Matrix Development Group in the lease of their 1.2MM square-foot building at 4532 United Drive, Shippensburg, PA. John Van Buskirk, SIOR, Joel Kreider, SIOR and Ed Skonecki brokered the deal with tenant rep., JLL to bring the tenant into the full building lease.
Brian Knowles, SIOR, CCIM, of Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania represented both the landlord and tenant in the pre-lease of 2505 Hollo Road, a 258,232-square-foot industrial building in the Lehigh Valley.
Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania, Vice President Ed Skonecki and Principal Joel Kreider, SIOR, represented Penwood Real Estate Investment Management, LLC in the lease of 8,900-square-feet in Shiremanstown, PA.
Senior Associate Patrick Lafferty II, represented Simonik Transportation & Warehousing on two new leases totaling over 50,000 square-feet. Simonik leased 30,918 square-feet at 120 Mount Holly Bypass in Lumberton, New Jersey and another 19,200 square-feet at 45 Runway Rd in Levittown, Pennsylvania.
