Valerie Bowman Joins Lee & Associates, Broadens Corporate Services Capabilities

Pennsylvania—Lee & Associates, a national full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm, announced today the addition of Valerie Bowman, as Executive Vice President. Ms. Bowman is a well-established Corporate Services executive, with significant experience and focus on global transaction management, portfolio optimization, and strategic planning for international corporate clients. Residing in Philadelphia and Toronto, Valerie represents multiple cross-border clients in the Life Science, Retail and Industrial arenas.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Valerie most recently held the title of Senior Vice President of Global Corporate Solutions at JLL where she was the transaction director for Verizon, SAP, Arris, Deloitte & EGS. Earlier in her career she was a member of CBRE’s Global Corporate Service group, managing real estate transactions on behalf of clients such as Cigna, Wyeth/Pfizer, Pioneer HiBred/DuPont, Ashland/Hercules, Sonepar and Right Management. Valerie has spearheaded significant and complex real estate transactions in the span of her 20-year commercial real estate career. The depth of her experience ranges from the management of Verizon’s 100M SF portfolio, to a pharmaceutical headquarters transaction in Tokyo, a $300 million-dollar office portfolio disposition, multiple data center build-to-suits, a college campus sale, as well as multiple sale-leaseback requirements.
