Full-service logistics and moving company leases space at 88 Industrial Park Road
Mechanicsburg, PA (November 17, 2020) – Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania has brokered a lease with DB USA Logistics Inc. for 59,300 square feet of space within 88 Industrial Park Road, a 194,000 square foot warehouse/industrial building situated in Pennsville, New Jersey. Eric Zahniser and Patrick Lafferty, both Vice President of Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania represented the tenant.
DB USA Logistics provides a complete array of moving and logistics services to corporate and consumer audiences. This includes delivering freight via the air, ocean or ground; handling vehicle relocations; managing large-scale moving operations including packing; warehousing materials and products and completing third-party logistics and distribution activities. The company also maintains operations in the New Castle, Delaware area.
Constructed in 1968, 88 Industrial Park Road is a two-story building featuring ceiling heights ranging from 17 to 24 feet, 18 dock and 12 drive-in doors and a large surface parking field that can accommodate approximately 150 vehicles. The 27-acre site is within close proximity to New Jersey Route 49 (S. Broadway Road) and approximately five miles from Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
The building is approximately 12 miles from the Port of Wilmington and Wilmington Airport, 40 miles from Philadelphia and 120 miles from New York City. Approximately 40% of the population of the United States can be reached within a one-day truck ride from the site.
