Pennsylvania—Lee & Associates, a national full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm, announces the addition of Dylan Irving, to its suburban Philadelphia office. Dylan began his real estate career in 2016 as a CRE Advisor with Cresa, where he focused on industrial tenant representation. His work as an advisor to emerging cannabis operators propelled him into a career in cannabis as a successful sales representative for multiple companies. Dylan made a return to real estate advisory and now focuses his efforts on managing transactions in emerging cannabis markets.
“Dylan’s client-side experience will propel his career in the Life Sciences sector of Commercial Real Estate,” said Lee & Associates’ Executive Vice President, Valerie Bowman. “This is a tight market, and we’re excited to have Dylan on board with us at Lee & Associates.”
Along with Dylan’s career experience, he brings a solid education with a degree in Real Estate and Finance from Temple University’s Fox School of Business. He also participates on the Rising Leaders Committee of Project HOME, an organization dedicated to empowering adults, children, and families to break the cycle of homelessness and poverty in Philadelphia. Project HOME’s Rising Leaders Committee is a unique group of enthusiastic professionals from the Greater Philadelphia region dedicated to supporting the vision and mission of Project HOME.
