Pennsylvania, January 6, 2022 – Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania LLC announced today that Matthew Allen, JD has joined the firm. Mr. Allen’s transactional focus will include investment sales, and the acquisition and disposition of multi-family, office, and mixed-use properties.

Matt joins the Lee team with a substantial investment background, including over 22 years of experience as an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley. His responsibilities there included the review, analysis, coordination and consummation of all institutional private equity investments globally for a $12B business, as well as the management and coordination of the U.S. investment team’s operations. “Matt brings a fresh and critical perspective to bear on our brokerage efforts. His experience at Morgan Stanley will drive value for our clients, and grow the breadth and depth of our service offerings in a meaningful way” said Brian Knowles, Principal, and Co-Founder of the Eastern Pennsylvania office. Matt earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Syracuse University and Juris Doctor of Law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia. He will be based in the firm’s Plymouth Meeting office, and is expected to work closely with Knowles, co-founder John Van Buskirk, as well as the rest of the firm’s rapidly growing brokerage roster.
