Susanne serves as a Client Services Coordinator for Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania, offering client services support to brokers through client management and correspondence, property listings, reporting, the creation of marketing materials, and by providing high-level customer service to clients and co-brokers.

Susanne is a creative communicator with over 12 years of experience in marketing, project management, and graphic design for print and digital media. She has collaborated with real estate professionals across various service lines to drive property visibility, corporate branding and client relationships.

Susanne came to Lee & Associates from Newmark where she worked as Senior Marketing Coordinator for the multifamily capital markets team. In this role, Susanne led the creative design of offering memorandums, proposals, client presentations, newsletters and social media posts.

Before joining Newmark, Susanne served as a Brokerage Coordinator at JLL for nearly 10 years. She also managed the Brokerage Assistant team for the Philadelphia region and served as Co-Chair for the Charity Committee and Communications Lead for the Women's Business Network.

Prior to diving into the commercial real estate world, Susanne worked as a freelance graphic designer for McGraw-Hill Education and Aetna.
