Christina is a Senior Property Manager for Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania. She has years of experience with the Lee & Associates Asset Services team. Christina is responsible for delivering outstanding service to clients and tenants, concentrating on ownership goals to implement top-tier management strategies for our Central PA office.
Christina Senft joined Lee Chesapeake in May, 2017 as an Administrative Assistant. Christina was promoted to the Tenant Services Coordinator position in August, 2017 and then to Property Manager in 2022.
Christina is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with the tenants and vendors. She manages the day-to-day operations including selection of contractors, project management, coding invoices, preparing budgets and reviewing financials. She oversees all emergency repairs as well as routine maintenance programs at the properties. Christina performs routine onsite property inspections and handles facility management for several properties.
Prior to joining Lee, she was an Auto Funding Specialist and Bankruptcy Assistant at Mariner Finance. She was responsible for auto contract compliance, insurance verification, funding loans, coding bankrupt accounts, and filing bankruptcy proof of claims.
Education
- Christina is a graduate of Delaware Valley College where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Equine Science and Management.
