Margo has focused on occupier representation throughout her career, establishing long-term advisory relationships across various sectors, including national warehousing, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, education, and professional consultancy. She has successfully handled local, regional, and national assignments, providing practical and timely solutions for occupiers and owners of industrial and office space. Margo's impressive track record includes completing transactions totaling over 15 million square feet for clients such as Sellers Dorsey, Pepsi, Wesco, and Thomas Jefferson University. Her specialties lie in negotiating office and industrial leases, subleases, and building sales, offering clients valuable insights to make strategic real estate decisions.

Before joining Lee & Associates, Margo served as Senior Vice President at Cresa Global Inc. and Studley, Inc. (now Savills North America), demonstrating her commitment to excellence in real estate advisory services. Her expertise in negotiating high-value leases and sales is set to contribute to Lee & Associates' regional expansion.

Beyond her professional dedication, Margo is committed to contributing to the community. She is an active member of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) of Greater Philadelphia and the Holy Ghost Prep Mothers Guild. Additionally, her leadership as the Board President of the Bensalem Association Dedicated to Gifted Education (BADGE) showcases her dedication to making a positive impact.
