Specializing in Industrial Real Estate
Evan is an Associate for Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania. Evan’s primary focus is agency leasing, tenant representation, and development land acquisition in key submarkets across Pennsylvania, most notably the Lehigh Valley, Northeast PA, Central PA and the Philadelphia Metro area.
Evan started his professional career with Sodexo managing various accounts in the Campus segment. He was responsible for overseeing execution of contracts and day-to-day management of on-site solutions for clients and customers. A big area of focus was development of people, fiscal responsibility, providing solutions, and bringing innovation through technology and progressive development of existing space to transform the customer experience. Evan joined Lee & Associates in January 2025.
